The Annapurna Range
As a child, I dreamed of visiting the majestic Himalayas. Travelling to Nepal was one of my lifelong goals and in 2014 I ventured on an expedition there, capturing my journey from the lakeside city of Pokhara on the shores of Phewa Tal, trekking up through the Annapurna Conservation Area to the Deurali Pass. Ascending through the foothills and up into the mountain air, escaping the humid monsoon season below, I was rewarded with some of the most breathtaking scenery I have ever had the pleasure to see. The Sherpas and villagers I met along the way filled me with awe as I witnessed the extraordinary lives they live in a place they call home.
